Delivery & Returns

Where we deliver

Free delivery to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Time slots

Morning 8:00–12:00, afternoon 13:00–17:00 and evening 17:00–21:00. You choose the date and slot when adding an arrangement to your bag.

Same-day orders

Same-day orders are possible at least one hour before the chosen slot starts, subject to availability.

Seasonal flowers

If a flower isn't available on the day, we may replace it with one of similar colour and value.

Cancellations & returns

Orders can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before delivery. Flowers are perishable, so we can't take returns after delivery, but if an arrangement arrives in poor condition, send us a photo within 12 hours and we'll put it right.
